You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Accounts are for renters and landlords using the service in good faith. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

The Score reflects verified, lease-backed activity. It is one signal among many and should not be the sole basis for any housing decision.
